About the Role:We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive IFA Administrator to support financial advisers in delivering tailored financial planning strategies to clients. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a professional team, contributing to comprehensive financial solutions while developing your industry expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Stay updated on new financial products, technical developments, and legislative changes.
  • Collaborate with advisers and administrators to deliver a professional financial planning experience.
  • Compile financial services reports based on completed fact-finds, ensuring FCA compliance.
  • Conduct research to identify suitable solutions for clients’ needs and objectives.
  • Prepare and discuss suitability reports in line with agreed recommendations.
  • Ensure all compliance documentation and client files meet regulatory standards.
  • Implement agreed investment strategies and assist with client portfolio reviews.

Skills and Attributes Required:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • A flexible, self-motivated, and proactive approach to work.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Financial Services qualifications are desirable but not essential.
  • A minimum of three years of experience in the financial or regulatory sector.
  • In-depth knowledge of FCA regulations, financial services products, and analytical tools.
