We are pleased to be recruiting on behalf of our client, an innovative and rapidly expanding independent financial planning organisation, currently seeking a talented Paraplanner to join their team.

About the Role:

As a Paraplanner, you will be an integral part of a growing team, working closely with a highly successful group of Financial Planners and their clients. Your role will involve providing comprehensive support to ensure that clients receive first class financial advice and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research & Analysis: Conduct thorough research and analysis of financial products and services, ensuring all recommendations are suitable for clients' needs.
  • Report Preparation: Prepare detailed and compliant financial planning reports, ensuring they are accurate and tailored to individual client requirements.
  • Client Support: Work closely with Financial Planners to manage client relationships, attending meetings and supporting with technical queries.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all advice and documentation meet regulatory standards and are up to date with the latest industry changes.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with the wider team to ensure seamless service delivery and support the growth objectives of the firm.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience as a Paraplanner within the financial planning industry.
  • Strong knowledge of financial products, investment strategies, and tax planning.
  • Excellent analytical and report writing skills.
  • A professional qualification in financial planning (e.g., Diploma in Financial Planning) is highly desirable.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a team environment.
