Role OverviewAs an experienced Paraplanner, you will play a key role in supporting the financial planners and advisers with the preparation of detailed financial reports, client reviews, research, and ongoing client service.

This is a flexible role, allowing you to work remotely from the comfort of your home, with the requirement to attend team meetings in the London office approximately once a quarter.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and maintain client financial plans, ensuring they meet the clients’ objectives and are aligned with regulatory requirements
  • Conduct research on investment solutions, pensions, tax planning, and other financial strategies
  • Produce detailed, clear, and comprehensive suitability reports for advisers
  • Manage the implementation of recommendations and monitor client portfolios
  • Work closely with the client-facing team to ensure seamless delivery of service
  • Stay up to date with financial regulations, tax changes, and market trends

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Paraplanner
  • Strong knowledge of financial products and services, including pensions, investments, estate planning, and tax strategies
  • Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (or equivalent)
  • Excellent technical, analytical, and report-writing skills
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a team
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work remotely, with occasional travel to London for team meetings - must be within a reasonable commute.
