Are you an Early Careers Teacher looking for a Primary role?

Reed Education Southampton are currently seeking a passionate Early Careers Teacher to fulfil a full time, permanent position within a Primary School located in Southampton.

The school is based within Southampton and are within an education trust, working in partnership with local schools. They are incredibly proud of their children and supportive staff team who work together in a friendly and caring way, providing a happy and safe learning environment for all that attend. They work closely with families to give each child the best possible education, and provide excellent opportunities for both staff and pupils.

As the teacher, you will be an excellent classroom practitioner who is able to create a stimulating and inclusive classroom for all and have an enthusiastic, imaginative and creative approach. You will be skilled at building relationships with both staff and pupils, whilst being committed to raising standards and achievement in all areas of school life. You will be open to undertake CPD to develop your understanding and knowledge and have a willingness to support after-school learning opportunities. In return, the school can offer you excellent CPD opportunities and Training and Development Programmes to help with your development as a teaching professional.

For this role, you will be/will need:- Qualified Teacher Status and degree in relevant subject- A passion for teaching and making a difference- Adaptable to each pupil with regards to teaching methods, responding to the needs and strengths of each pupil- Able to demonstrate good subject and curriculum knowledge- Set high expectations which inspire, motivate and challenge pupils

The salary for this role is currently set at MPR 1-6 (£30,000 to £41,333 per annum) and is a full time, permanent role. This role is to start in September 2024.
