Often, working on a supply basis schools will get to know you and can convert to long term roles, offering a fantastic opportunity to try out a school before committing to a long term position.

As the successful Primary Teacher / Primary ECT in Southampton you should:* Deliver the curriculum to a high standard.* Be able to build relationships quickly and effectively with school staff and pupils.* Have confidence in adapting lessons to varying levels of learner. * Successfully manage behaviour in class according to the schools policies. * Have a PCGE or equivalent that comes with UK recognised QTS.* Be available at least 2 days a week (depending on the kind of work you'd like) and be able to commit to work between 8:30am and 3:30pm.

You will also need to pass our compliance checks and have or be willing to submit an enhanced DBS Check.
