Role: O365 Support EngineerSalary: £30,000-£35,000 per annum + benefitsLocation: Southampton (Hybrid working, 3 days on-site, 2 from home)We are working with a large-scale MSP organisation, who need a You will facilitate the delivery and on-boarding of our clients managed support services between the clients and the company’s customers. The purpose of the role is to on-board a customer to support services such as its flagship Managed IT support service. This role will also undertake the on-boarding of product-based managed services and complete device builds and other small projects.  You will lead the initial delivery and implementation of agreed-managed services to customers and be involved in planning, organising, and delivering managed services deployments including completing tasks, monitoring deadlines, and ensuring the project meets the customer’s needs.Skills and experience required:• Strong experience in a project delivery or support role in a Managed Service Provider environment • A demonstrable experience in working with multiple technologies within a Managed Service Provider• Experience in working with organisations at C-Level • Strong experience of working with Microsoft Technologies• Excellent experience of working with M365• Any M365 certifications would be highly advantageousPlease note, the role is based in Southampton and requires a local candidate who can be on-site 3 days per week, please consider this when applying for the role.If you are interested in the role and would like to apply, please click on the link for immediate consideration.We take great pride in representing socially responsible clients who not only prioritise diversity and inclusion but also actively combat social inequality.
