The Role:

  • Manage and process warranty claims while keeping the CRM system updated.
  • Coordinate with Sub Dealers, clients, and internal teams to ensure timely resolutions.
  • Oversee invoicing, claims, and warranty parts shipping across multiple locations.

  • Administrative background
  • Technical, Warranty or credit control experience preferred
  • Based in Southampton
