Aftersales Invoice / Claims Administrator - Southampton

Prestige Franchised Motor Dealership

Salary: £28-30k

Salary:Basic - 28k - 30k

Hours:Mon- Fri - 8.00am - 5.30pmSats - As and when required (paid at overtime)

The Job:- As an Invoice and Claim Administrator, you are a critical part the Service Team.- Your role is to support the Customer Executives and Service Manager to ensure customers receive the best service through efficient, timely and accurate administration processes.- Prepare cost estimates, invoices and associated paperwork for all work completed within the company- Prepare and submit repair and maintenance claims and warranty claims, ensuring the quality and compliance of all documentation.- Reconcile manufacturer payments, including acting upon claim discrepancies and management of aged debt.- Complete regular and documented self-audits to drive continuous improvement in business processes.- Support the Service Team with effective WIP control.

Relevant Experience Needed:- Experience working in an automotive service operation or in a comparable role.- Proven track record in warranty/service contract administration.- Understanding of compliance associated with Heavy Goods Vehicles.- Basic knowledge of service-relevant applications.- Basic computer skills as well as general business knowledge.- General IT knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
