Douglas Scott are currently working with a top tier, defendant law firm who are seeking a newly qualified solicitor to join their Clinical Negligence team in Southampton. This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly-regarded law firm that can offer you top quality training and excellent career prospects.As a Clinical Negligence NQ Solicitor, you will be working as part of a team on a caseload of complex clinical negligence matters on behalf of healthcare clients. You will get hands-on exposure to a variety of complex claims to include birth injuries, misdiagnosis, surgical errors and fatal claims. The ideal candidate should have previous experience of assisting on clinical negligence claims. Whilst defendant experience would be beneficial it is not essential, and candidates with a claimant background will also be considered.On offer is a competitive salary in addition to a range of employee benefits to include:
