Role Overview:

Position: Long-Term Cover Supervisor
Location: Southampton, Hampshire
Contract Type: Temp to Perm/Permanent
Start Date: ASAP
Salary: Extremely generous daily rate
Hours: Full-time, 5 days a week

Key Responsibilities:

Provide consistent and effective classroom supervision across various subjects in the absence of the regular teacher.
Deliver pre-prepared lessons, ensuring students remain focused and engaged in their learning.
Manage classroom behavior confidently, maintaining a positive and productive learning environment.
Work closely with teaching staff to support student progress and uphold high educational standards.

Qualifications and Experience:

Prior experience working in a secondary school setting is essential.
A strong passion for education and a commitment to supporting young people's development.
Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to build rapport with students.

Eligibility:

Right to Work in the UK.
Enhanced DBS certificate on the update service or willingness to apply for a new one.
Two professional references.
