Our outstanding schools in Basingstoke are searching for cover supervisors to support pupils in secondary schools. You will be supervising pupils in the classroom when their normal teacher is absent, making sure pupils are doing to work set by the teacher. Establishing trust with pupils, interacting with them according to individual needs. Assisting pupils with tasks as needed. Creating a safe, positive, supportive classroom environment. Promoting good behaviour, dealing promptly with conflict and incidents in line with established policies, encouraging pupils to take responsibility for their behaviour. Collecting completed work and returning it to the teacher.

Applicants must be available to work between 08:30 15:20
