Coffee Machine Service Engineer - Cruise Line and National Support

Location: South of England, preferably near Southampton

About Us: Our client is a market leader in the manufacture of professional coffee machines. They are expanding their team to enhance service levels and increase their field engineer base. They are looking for a positive and enthusiastic Coffee Service Engineer to join their team, focusing on the Cruise Line business and providing national support when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide dedicated service to cruise ships, including global travel for maintenance and repair work.
  • Install coffee machines during dock times.
  • Offer regional support across the UK between sailings.
  • Ensure timely completion of cruise line service calls.
  • Develop technical knowledge to support both cruise line and national operations.
  • Communicate effectively with the service desk and customers to assess and meet their needs.
  • Investigate and resolve issues with coffee machines satisfactorily.

Requirements:

  • Relevant industry experience with bean-to-cup coffee equipment.
  • Customer-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Proficient in using systems like Outlook, Excel, and Explorer.
  • Flexible and able to work under pressure.
  • Must have a valid passport.
