Due to client demand and rapid expansion, our Southampton based client is actively seeking, young, self-motivated, professional individuals to embark on full-time equivalent roles as Sales and Customer Assistants, representing them in marketing campaigns across residential environments. Whether you're taking your first step or you're ready to take your sales career further, our client is committed to providing coaching and support for your success.
Responsibilities include:
- Representing our clients and the brands associated with them
- Maintaining a professional image
- Communicating with customers face to face
- Attending training/skill development sessions
- Collaborating with other sales assistants effectively
This is a customer facing role, therefore excellent communication skills are required, alongside determination, and a passion for working with people.
