Join our academic institution in Southampton as a File Migration Assistant to help migrate records from SharePoint and Google Shared Drives. You'll collaborate with the Records Management Officer (RMO) and Designated Reviewers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and map contents of SharePoint and Google Shared Drives.
  • Produce reports and file plans.
  • Identify duplicates and obsolete records.
  • Assist in manual file migrations.
  • Attend Working Groups and liaise with Designated Reviewers.
  • Review and update metadata for migrated files.
  • Conduct quality checks and gather feedback.

Qualifications:

  • Experience with SharePoint and Google Shared Drives.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel.
  • Good communication and collaboration skills.
