We supply candidates from executive to operative level, and are currently working with a contractor who are looking for a Groundworker Multi based around Southampton postcodes and surrounding areas.

Day to Day:

• A wide variety of domestic and commercial roofing and groundwork repairs.
• This works will spread over the University halls of residence.
• The works will include things such as, minor flat and pitched roof repairs.
• Fascia, soffit and guttering repairs and replacement.
• Various types of groundworks form re-laying slabs, replacing fencing and carrying out various PPM activities.

Requirements (Skills & Qualifications)

• CSCS Card
• Full Driving Licence.
• 2 – 5 yrs. experience of working in Building Maintenance and Educational environment
