Our client, a well renowned legal firm, is looking an HR Administrator to join their friendly HR team. In this role, you will support the HR Director and Advisor with tasks across the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance, engagement, and leaver processes. You will also have opportunities to be involved with a variety of HR related projects.Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer recruitment, onboarding, training, performance, and leaver processes
  • Respond to HR queries and support payroll
  • Coordinate training sessions and maintain records
  • Assist with HR projects and improvements

About you:

  • HR administration experience
  • Strong administrative and IT skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Accurate and detail focussed

Desirable:

  • Experience in a professional services environment
