TSR Legal is excited to partner with a highly reputable law firm, well-known for its extensive expertise in the property sector, to recruit an experienced New Build Plot Sales Conveyancer to join their team in either Bristol or Southampton. This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented conveyancer to take on a pivotal role in managing a diverse and demanding caseload of new build plot sales transactions, guiding clients through every stage of the process from instruction to completion.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all transactions are handled efficiently and within set timeframes, maintaining the highest standards of service throughout. In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for clients, developers, and other stakeholders, providing clear and timely updates throughout the conveyancing process. Your responsibilities will include drafting and reviewing contracts, leases, and other legal documents related to new build plot sales, as well as conducting thorough title investigations to identify and resolve any issues that may arise during the conveyancing process.

Collaboration will be key in this position, as you will liaise closely with solicitors, estate agents, and mortgage lenders to facilitate smooth transactions. Additionally, you will be expected to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and keep up to date with changes in conveyancing law and practice to provide the best possible service to clients.

The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 3 years' experience in residential conveyancing, with a specific focus on new build plot sales, and have a strong understanding of the conveyancing process and relevant legislation, particularly in relation to new build properties. A proven ability to manage a high-volume caseload independently while maintaining exceptional attention to detail is essential. Excellent communication skills are crucial, as you will need to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Proficiency in using conveyancing software and other legal technology tools will also be required to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
