Pertemps are currently recruiting for an experienced Parts Advisor to join a leading car dealership based in Southampton.
Responsibilities as a Parts Advisor:
- Accurately identify customer parts requirements
- Maintain up to date knowledge of new or updated parts
- Maintain stock control, ensuring all incoming deliveries are checked accurately
- Processing part orders efficiently
- Providing exceptional customer service
- Assist customers with any questions or queries
- Ensure all paperwork and documentation are completed accurately
Requirements for this position:
- Previous parts advisory experience
- Excellent customer service experience
- Confident IT user
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Team player and able to work independently
The Role
- Monday to Friday 8am - 5.30pm, required to work one Saturday every other month
- Starting salary of 26,091 per annum
- Opportunity to join a well established, market leading team
- 23 days annual leave plus bank holidays
- Yearly bonus
