A stunning country house hotel situated near Lyndhurst are looking to recruit an experienced restaurant and bar manager to join the team in delivering exceptional service and exceeding guest dining expectations.
This company has a collection of luxury boutique hotels so there will be plenty of opportunities to develop and progress.
You will be responsible for the overall running of the restaurant and bar areas ensuring there is an effective and efficient operation.
This is a small hotel so the emphasis is always on excellent customer service to ensure repeat business.
Key Information:
* Salary: 28,000 plus service charge
* Hours: 5/7 days, mix of shifts, 40 hour contract
* Location: Lyndhurst
* Contract: Permanent

Duties include:
* To assist in the management of the F&B Department, ensuring standards of operation are always adhered to
* Make sure service expectations are exceeded
* Ensure that through expertise and personality the food and beverage experience is delivered for everyone
* Ensure all guest complaints or feedback relating to the F&B department is reviewed and resolved.
To be successful, you'll need to have:
* Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager - in a hotel would be beneficial or as a supervisor looking to step up
* A real passion for hospitality and delivering great service
* Able to remain calm and composed in challenging situations
* Team player and able to work in busy environments
