Original Talent Recruitment have partnered up with a client who are based in Southampton who are seeking a strong Sales Administrator to join the team
Our client are specialists in their sector, you will be dealing with an international client base
Duties to include but not limited to:
- Process sales orders through central system correctly
- Process customer warranties on products and advise accordingly
- Deal with all customer enquiries around products, delivery times and replacement products via email, telephone and face to face
- Process quotes and invoices
- Keep customers up to date on price increases and offers
- Resolve complaints and escalate where necessary
Ideally you will:
- Have a strong admin background working in a fast paced environment
- Have worked in a customer focused role
- Be a good team player and offer support to other departments during busy periods
