My client, a logistics/freight forwarding company based in Southampton, is looking to recruit a Sales Co-ordinator/Inside Sales to join their commercial team.

We are looking for a commercially focused individual with previous inside sales experience, who is has a genuine interest in the freight/international logistics sector.

SALARY: Dependent upon experience

LOCATION: Southampton

HOURS: Monday to Friday 9 am - 5.30 pm

THE ROLE

  • Dealing with enquiries
  • Providing quotations and following up on quotes
  • Building strong client relationships with new and existing customers
  • Generate new business
  • Providing first class customer service at all times
  • Update CRM
  • Follow up on warm leads

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE


  • Previous operations or inside sales experience within the freight industry
  • Target driven
  • Commercially focused
  • First class communication skills both verbal and written
  • Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong team player
