As an Inside Sales Consultant at Y-Axis United Kingdom, you will play a crucial role in our customer acquisition and sales efforts. Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert advice on available overseas options, helping candidates and their families make informed decisions based on their preferences and goals.
  • Stay updated with current immigration and visa laws and policies, offering clear and accurate information to customers.
  • Conduct fair and neutral evaluations of candidates' profiles, objectively assessing their qualifications and chances of success.
  • Ensure excellent customer service by proactively responding to queries and advising customers on their immigration and visa requirements.

Required Skills:

  • Min Graduate with Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively counsel customers on overseas options and services.
