You will be managing the sales process from order to dispatch, dealing with customer queries and keeping them up to date. You will need to have experience using Sage, as well as fantastic organisation and communication skills.

Role Description:

  • You will manage the sales process from order coming in right through to dispatch of items
  • Take orders over the phone
  • Write up quotes
  • Upload all orders on to Sage
  • Liaise with production to check stock levels and production timelines
  • Handle all customer queries and keep customer up to date on their orders
  • Organisation of price lists and systems
  • Monitor time scales for deliveries and keeping the customers in the loop
