Full time - 35 hours per week with flexible working
(Hybrid role - required to be office based on Wednesday and Thursday)
We are working with a leading law firm, to recruit a Complex and Catastrophic Injury Solicitor to join their team, based in their Southampton office.

The Role:
Working directly with a market leading Partner and his team this is a great opportunity for someone to progress their career. The role will include pre and post litigation claims involving large loss with high value cases mainly over £5m including indemnity disputes, liability and quantum. The team deals with claims involving complex injuries, brain injuries, spinal injuries and amputations predominantly following motor accidents.
You will be working in a team of highly experienced professionals in an engaging and driven environment.
The successful candidate will:
- Be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive. Our client will also consider candidates on the back of a training contract or experienced Paralegals.
- Have litigation experience
- Have experience in CCI with solid PI exposure
- Have strong organisation skills and an ability to consistently meet deadlines
- Be a good communicator and enjoy building relationships
- Be able to provide clear and concise advice
- Wish to learn new skills and acquire technical expertise
- Work well in a team and under supervision
- Excellent attention to detail, negotiation and analytical skills
