Hunts Recruitment is looking for support workers to work within a residential home for 4 adults with additionallearning needs and behaviours.
Your job role:
- Assist with daily support and behaviour management
- Assisting with personal care duties as and when required
- Escorting and supporting residents to daily activities
- Updating care and support plans
- Reporting any changes of needs to the management team
- Assisting with meal preparations and domestic duties
- Promoting the safety and welfare of vulnerable individuals
