Schedule: Monday Friday 40 hours per Week + Overtime Available.

About The Company:

They are a local family run Eurocell window and door manufacturer established in 1989. Now looking to recruit aFULL TIME,Experienced UPVC Fabricatorto work from their Swanmore premises.

Please note, they are in an area where there is little, or no public transport, so you will need transport to get there.

About The Role:

They are a business investing in way they work. Constantly updating their working practices and investing in new machinery and equipment. You must work well in a small team.

Fabricating and producing high quality windows and doors

Operating machinery and hand tools and IT literate

Ensuring manufactured frames are produced in the most efficient manner

Adhere to strict health and safety policies and procedures

Maintaining high levels of housekeeping at all times

Have a flexible approach to work and accept reasonable requests to perform other tasks within your capability

Work as part of a team and support other manufacturing areas

Candidate Requirements:

The company are looking for someone with experience and with the right pro-active attitude, has a desire to work, can multitask and be able to work well in a friendly team. The role will require manual handling skills and some lifting of heavy items at times.

Skills required:

Have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a Window and/or Door Fabrication or similar (transferable skill set) based role

Own transport to get to the business premises as they are off the beaten track

Team player with a drive to achieve team objectives

Strong communication and listening skills

Be able to prioritise and organise work efficiently and effectively

Be consistent, accurate and ensure that all company and H & S procedures are followed
