Landscape Gardener

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Landscape Gardener working for a long established, multi award winning company who are one of the market leaders in the Grounds Maintenance sector.

Our client is looking for a Landscape Gardener, working on show homes for big building contractors.

Immediate Start.

Full Time, Permanent.

32k-36k per annum doe.

Must have Driving Licence.

Landscape Gardener Responsibilities:

- Perform general grounds maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, and edging lawns
- Irrigate and water plants, trees, and shrubs as needed
- Plant and maintain gardens, flower beds, and other landscaping features

- Experience in laying turf
- Use power tools and equipment to build and maintain outdoor structures
- Conduct routine inspections of grounds to identify areas in need of maintenance or repair
- Operate and maintain mechanical equipment used for grounds maintenance.

Landscape Gardener Requirements:

- Previous experience in grounds maintenance or landscaping preferred
- Knowledge of hand tools commonly used in landscaping and grounds maintenance.
- Ability to operate power tools and equipment safely and effectively
- Basic mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting equipment issues
- Physical stamina to perform manual labour tasks in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
