Role: Multi-Trader/Handyman
Location: Southampton, multiple locations
Contract type: Permanent (Full time)
Start date: ASAP
Duration: Ongoing
Pay rate: 36,000 - 40,000 per year

The role:
As the Handyperson / Multi-Trader on the project you will be responsible for:
Attending residential properties to complete snagging works, including minor repairs and finishing tasks (e.g. painting, plastering, tiling and carpentry).
Identifying and resolving defects or incomplete works left by previous contractors.
Ensuring all work meets the required health & safety standards.
Communicating effectively with clients, providing updates and addressing any concerns they may have.
Maintaining a clean and tidy working environment, respecting clients' homes at all times.
Keeping track of materials and tools, ensuring they are used efficiently and effectively.
Providing excellent customer service, building rapport with homeowners.
Ensuring work is completed to the highest standards and within set timeframes.
About you:
You will need a current and valid CSCS card.
Own a selection of hand tools and power tools.
Must have a driving licence.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
To be successful in your application for this role you will have and be able to demonstrate the following skills and attributes:
You must have a current and valid CSCS card.
A minimum of 2 years+ experience within the general building space.
