£35,000-£40,000 + Training + Progression + Company Benefits Are you a Health & Safety Officer from a Manufacturing / Quality Assurance background looking for a varied role where you will be the go-to person for all H&S and Quality process within a well-established yet tight-knit Electrical Systems company who pride themselves on support and development of staff and offer progression to senior roles?This company are a well-established Electrical Supply Systems company who have continually grown since their establishment in 1976, whilst building a loyal customer base across numerous industries. Due to an ever-increasing workload, they are now looking for a new Health and Safety / Quality Officer to join their team.In this varied role you will be the go-to person in the business all Health and Safety and Quality processes within the business as you conduct risk assessments and investigate any relevant incidents. You will be responsible for overseeing quality processes, and ensuring compliance to ISO standards in addition to working closely with the MD and other members of the senior leadership team.This role would suit a Health & Safety Officer from a Manufacturing / Quality background looking for an exciting role within a tight-knit yet leading Electrical Supply Systems company who offer ongoing opportunities for training and progression.The Role:
- Develop and implement safety processes
- Carry out risk assessments and update relevant documentation
- Oversee quality processes and ensure adherence to relevant ISO standards
- Respond to and investigate any safety incidents
- Work closely with MD and other members of senior leadership team

- Health & Safety Officer or similar
- Manufacturing / Quality Assurance background
- Commutable to Southampton
