About Us: Enhanced Care Services is a rapidly growing organisation committed to delivering high-quality patient care. Established in 2015, ECS provides medical coverage for large-scale events and operates 24/7 frontline ambulance and clinical services. We are also expanding our educational programs with a new Education Centre.Role Overview: As an Emergency Care Assistant, you will support registered healthcare professionals in various service environments. Your responsibilities will include providing first aid, assisting with urgent and emergency care, and responding to both emergency and non-emergency situations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to medical emergencies using advanced driving skills.
  • Safely transfer patients and assist in ambulance activities.
  • Document patient treatment and complete handover reports.
  • Maintain equipment and ensure ambulances are operational.
  • Deliver high-quality patient care, respecting confidentiality and dignity.
  • Assist in the assessment and treatment of patients.

Requirements:

  • Certifications: Qualsafe FREC 4 or Level 3 Diploma in Ambulance Emergency and Urgent Care Support.
  • Driving: Full UK license (max 3 penalty points) and an Emergency Driving certificate.
  • Experience: Current frontline experience in the NHS and knowledge of clinical guidelines.
  • Skills: Strong interpersonal communication, ability to prioritise under pressure, and physical fitness for the role.
