Business Studies Teacher – Secondary School (Near Romsey)

Pay: £158 - £238 per day
Location: Near Romsey
Hours: 8:00am – 4:00pm, Full-Time

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Business Studies Teacher to join an excellent secondary school near Romsey for the summer term, starting after Easter 2025 and running until July 2025.

This highly regarded mixed secondary school caters to students aged 11 to 16 and is easily accessible from Southampton, Winchester, and Salisbury. As a Business Studies Teacher, you will deliver engaging and dynamic lessons across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4, with the potential to teach Key Stage 5. You will inspire students to develop business acumen and critical thinking skills, preparing them for future success.

• Plan and deliver engaging Business Studies lessons aligned with the national curriculum.
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to support development.
• Work collaboratively within a supportive department to enhance the Business Studies curriculum.
• Participate in staff training and professional development opportunities.

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• A degree in Business Studies, Economics, or a related field.
• Experience teaching Business Studies in a secondary school setting.
• Strong subject knowledge and familiarity with the national curriculum.
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
• A passion for inspiring students and fostering a love for business and enterprise.
