Who are you?

Experience working with children, ideally within an educational or SEND setting.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
A patient, empathetic, and positive approach to supporting childrens needs.
Previous experience of working with young children is essential
Experience in supporting children with medical conditions and healthcare desirable
Relevant qualifications (e.g. Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant, SEND training) desirable

Key Responsibilities:

Provide tailored 1:1 and small group assistance, helping children to overcome barriers to learning and achieve their full potential.
Supporting pupils with SEND, including those with challenging behaviour.
Assisting in the delivery of engaging and accessible learning activities.
Working closely with teachers and the SENDCo to implement tailored support plans.
Creating an inclusive and nurturing learning environment.
Promote positive behaviour and well-being through encouragement and structured support.
