About the Role:
Supply Desk is seeking enthusiastic and adaptable Secondary Supply Teachers to work in schools across Southampton and nearby areas. Starting from September 2024, you will be responsible for covering classes during teacher absences, with lesson plans provided. Confidence in managing classroom behaviour and the ability to teach a variety of subjects are key. We offer regular work across multiple schools, with a guaranteed pay scheme to provide financial stability.

Location Coverage:
We are looking for supply teachers based in Southampton and surrounding areas, including Eastleigh, Totton, and Romsey.

Ideal Candidates Will:
• Be exceptional classroom professionals with a thorough understanding of the Secondary curriculum.
• Have experience teaching across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4.
• Be confident covering multiple subjects (a subject specialism is advantageous).
• Demonstrate commitment, professionalism, and excellent communication skills.
• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), or be a Newly Qualified Teacher (NQT) or Early Career Teacher (ECT).
• Be prepared to work in schools with diverse classroom settings and varying behaviour management needs.
• Have a DBS on the Update Service or be willing to obtain one.
