Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging lessons in various subjects to students across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4.
- Manage the classroom effectively, ensuring students remain on task and behave appropriately.
- Provide constructive feedback on student progress and support the wider school community.
- Work collaboratively with staff and maintain the school’s ethos and high standards.
- Adapt lessons and teaching strategies to meet the needs of diverse learners.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience teaching in a secondary school setting is preferred, but not essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire students.
- A proactive and flexible approach to work.
- A passion for education and commitment to the success of every student.
