Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging lessons in various subjects to students across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4.
• Manage the classroom effectively, ensuring students remain on task and behave appropriately.
• Provide constructive feedback on student progress and support the wider school community.
• Work collaboratively with staff and maintain the school’s ethos and high standards.
• Adapt lessons and teaching strategies to meet the needs of diverse learners.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Experience teaching in a secondary school setting is preferred, but not essential.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire students.
• A proactive and flexible approach to work.
• A passion for education and commitment to the success of every student.
