Position: Teaching Assistant/Classroom Assistant
Location: Primary Schools in Southampton
Hours: Full Time typically 08:30 - 15:30 (times may vary by school)
Pay: £12.90 - £13.05 per hour (Term-time only)

About Us:
At GSL, we work with fantastic primary schools in Southampton that provide an inclusive environment, and you'll have the opportunity to support students in their learning and development across various age groups.

What You’ll Do:
• Provide support, this will likely be on a 1:1 basis, across different primary school classrooms
• Help create a positive and welcoming learning environment for students
• Collaborate with a team of dedicated educators to enhance student outcomes
• Have the oppoortunity to go permanent with a school if this is what you want to do

• Experience in primary education or related fields 
• A passion for supporting children in reaching their full potential
• Flexibility and readiness to step in wherever needed
• Strong teamwork skills and a commitment to inclusivity
