Our Cleaning Team undertake a comprehensive cleaning regime at our customers premises including bakery equipment, ovens, restaurant areas and associated facility structures.

As the Supervisor of this team, you will oversee and co-ordinate all deep cleaning activities at our clients sites. The roles involves supervising and working alongside cleaning staff, ensuring adherence to health and safety standards and maintaining the highest levels of cleanliness and hygiene. You will also liaise with the sites managers and Wanzl office ensuring correct levels of inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.

Hours of work 4 x 10 hours shifts per week

What we need from you:

  • Youll need to live within the South Region (Bournemouth, Worthing, Southampton, Portsmouth, Poole)
  • Have experience of supervising a small team.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Reliability and punctuality.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including occasional weekends and overnight stays away.
  • Basic computer skills for reporting and communication purposes.
  • A valid drivers license is essential.
