Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist with general administration such as printing, scanning, filing, archiving, drafting relevant paperwork, organising meetings, etc.
- Support the P&C team in various projects as and when required.
- To assist with the administration associated with the entire employee life cycle processes (onboarding, off-boarding, contractual changes etc.), including drafting and issuing contracts of employment and probation review letters, background checks, referencing, removing permissions in the systems and ensuring probations are managed.
- Administrative support with benefits management.
- Maintain the P&C system with relevant records, reports and documents to ensure a smooth operation of the processes.
- Help with the organisation of the company-wide social events
- Note taking and typing notes where required;
- Assist the HR Advisor with recruitment, including liaising with agencies, shortlisting, setting up interviews, and providing candidates/ agencies with feedback;
- Maintain accurate records for all colleagues and contractors in line with the UK GDPR regulations.

- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work on their own as well as part of the team
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and flexibly in order to meet deadlines and any last-minute requests
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Good understanding of Microsoft Packages (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
- Self-motivated and confident
- Computer literacy
- Enthusiasm to learn & Proactive
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
- Previous administrative experience is desirable.
