Following a period of investment and transformation, the Board is now focused on appointing a strategic and hands-on HR Director to drive the people agenda and shape the company’s long-term success.

What will the Group HR Director role involve?

  • Develop and implement a People Plan to foster a high-performance culture aligned with company values.
  • Lead annual pay reviews, designing competitive bonus and benefits schemes.
  • Assess training needs, implement development programs, and measure ROI.
  • Provide expert guidance on complex employee relations matters.
  • Oversee and ensure compliance with HR policies and processes.
  • Lead and mentor a dedicated HR team, ensuring best-in-class HR service.

Suitable Candidate for the Group HR Director vacancy:

  • Executive/Board-level HR experience within a fast-paced, multi-site environment.
  • Strong background in operational HR within a manufacturing or production industry.
  • CIPD qualified, with the ability to balance both strategic and hands-on HR responsibilities.
  • Proven expertise in people strategy, performance management, and cultural transformation.
  • Experience leading Remuneration Committees and designing reward schemes.
  • Knowledge of apprenticeship and trainee programs is a plus.
