A worthwhile organisation based in Eastleigh, Hampshire are currently working with the CMA HR Division exclusively to assist them in looking for a part-time HR Manager to join them on a permanent basis.

Reporting to the CEO the purpose of the role is to deliver a professional HR service across the organisation, aligning with their progressive and proactive plans.  The aim of the role is to make a difference and shape the structure of the HR department.

What will the role HR Manager involve?

  • Supporting the senior leadership team and managers with HR related matters.
  • Manage an employee relations caseload, advising on performance, sickness and absence.
  • Responsible for the recruitment, retention and succession planning.
  • Managing the administration and management of full employee life-cycle.
  • Provide advice and coaching to strengthen the management team and their employee relations experience.
  • Development of policies, procedures and practices.
  • Administration of small monthly payroll.

Suitable Candidate for HR Manager Advisor:

  • Experienced professional HR generalist, happy to work flexibly in a small organisation.
  • Strong organisational skills with a pro-active approach to drive the HR strategy alongside daily operational tasks.
