- Leading on weekly and monthly reports on HR metrics, identifying any errors and inputting reconciliations where necessary
- Managing the administration benefits and engagement initiatives
- Support with monthly payroll process, ensuring the accuracy of all data
- Contributing to general HR administration; drafting letters, right to work checks and exit interview preparation
- Manage the HR mailbox, answering queries and escalating to the team as required
- Support with recruitment coordination and assist with graduate recruitment fairs and assessment days
- Demonstrable experience in a data focused administrative or HR data role
- Comfortable using Excel formula, Pivot tables, VLOOKUPs etc
- A professional services background is a huge plus
