  • Leading on weekly and monthly reports on HR metrics, identifying any errors and inputting reconciliations where necessary
  • Managing the administration benefits and engagement initiatives
  • Support with monthly payroll process, ensuring the accuracy of all data
  • Contributing to general HR administration; drafting letters, right to work checks and exit interview preparation
  • Manage the HR mailbox, answering queries and escalating to the team as required
  • Support with recruitment coordination and assist with graduate recruitment fairs and assessment days
  What is the company looking for? 
  • Demonstrable experience in a data focused administrative or HR data role
  • Comfortable using Excel formula, Pivot tables, VLOOKUPs etc
  • A professional services background is a huge plus
