Our client, a leading international company in the professional services sector, is seeking a Senior HR Advisor to join their dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a professional organisation by providing an efficient, responsive, and high-quality HR advisory service.
Key Responsibilities:As a Senior HR Advisor, you will:
- Provide comprehensive HR advice and guidance to managers and partners.
- Advise employees and managers on the interpretation and application of HR policies and procedures.
- Support significant annual HR processes, including the Annual Salary Review and bonus recommendations.
- Coordinate and document internal and external secondments and transfers as required.
- Lead weekly HR induction sessions for new joiners.
- Conduct parental leave discussions with employees and manage associated tasks.
- Schedule and facilitate employee retirement discussions.
- Conduct employee exit interviews and provide related support.
- Oversee the coordination and management of student schemes and training programs.
- Assist in managing high absence cases when necessary.
- Provide reporting support to the HR Relationship Manager.
Key Requirements:To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A minimum of 4 year's experience in an HR Advisory role.
- Experience in a professional services environment (preferred).
- CIPD qualification (ideally fully qualified).
- Exceptional organisation skills with the ability to prioritise and multitask effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive, self-starting attitude.
- A high level of attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
