Our client, a leading international company in the professional services sector, is seeking a Senior HR Advisor to join their dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a professional organisation by providing an efficient, responsive, and high-quality HR advisory service.

Key Responsibilities:As a Senior HR Advisor, you will:

  • Provide comprehensive HR advice and guidance to managers and partners.
  • Advise employees and managers on the interpretation and application of HR policies and procedures.
  • Support significant annual HR processes, including the Annual Salary Review and bonus recommendations.
  • Coordinate and document internal and external secondments and transfers as required.
  • Lead weekly HR induction sessions for new joiners.
  • Conduct parental leave discussions with employees and manage associated tasks.
  • Schedule and facilitate employee retirement discussions.
  • Conduct employee exit interviews and provide related support.
  • Oversee the coordination and management of student schemes and training programs.
  • Assist in managing high absence cases when necessary.
  • Provide reporting support to the HR Relationship Manager.

Key Requirements:To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A minimum of 4 year's experience in an HR Advisory role.
  • Experience in a professional services environment (preferred).
  • CIPD qualification (ideally fully qualified).
  • Exceptional organisation skills with the ability to prioritise and multitask effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive, self-starting attitude.
  • A high level of attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
