Account Manager

Southampton / London (Hybrid)


Base: 90,000+


Looking for a talented Account Manager (Service Assurance Product Line for Tier 1 or ISP.


Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales of Service Assurance solutions into assigned accounts, establishing strong client relationships to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Proactively identify and qualify new opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, and referral channels.
  • Manage a sales pipeline, prioritize opportunities, and guide them effectively through the sales cycle.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to respond to RFPs, ensuring tailored and competitive technical and commercial proposals.
  • Serve as the primary interface with customers' procurement teams, managing sourcing agreements and fostering long-term partnerships.

  • Proven track record in sales or account management, with a focus on technology or telecommunications solutions.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
