Account Manager

Looking for a talented Account Manager (Service Assurance Product Line for Tier 1 or ISP.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales of Service Assurance solutions into assigned accounts, establishing strong client relationships to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Proactively identify and qualify new opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, and referral channels.
- Manage a sales pipeline, prioritize opportunities, and guide them effectively through the sales cycle.
- Collaborate with internal teams to respond to RFPs, ensuring tailored and competitive technical and commercial proposals.
- Serve as the primary interface with customers' procurement teams, managing sourcing agreements and fostering long-term partnerships.
Key Skills
- Proven track record in sales or account management, with a focus on technology or telecommunications solutions.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Proficient in pipeline management and sales reporting, with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies, products, and market trends.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on delivering customer-centric solutions and driving business growth.
