Business Analyst - Digital Transformation Up to £65,000 + Bonus and Hybrid working
A great opportunity for an experienced Business Analyst to join a Digital Transformation programme. The Business Analyst would support several tech modernisation projects in a Microsoft based environment with scope to progress as the team continues to expand.
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years+ Business Analyst experience with previous digital transformation projects exposure and be comfortable liaising with senior stakeholders.
The company offer hybrid working 2 days per week with offices commutable from Southampton.
Core responsibilities:
- Play a key role in delivering a Digital transformation program with several project streams
- Work closely with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Proactively manage ongoing communication of project delivery working to set timescales
- Make improvements to project delivery processes
Essential experience:
- 3-5 years+ commercial experience as a Business Analysis delivering Digital/IT upgrade projects
- Commercial experience within the financial services industry or similar
- Demonstrate following relevant governance and compliance processes
- Excellent communication skills; able to liaise with senor stakeholders
