- Taking ownership of new ERP implementations and managing the processes from start to end across the entire lifecycle.
- Conducting business process analysis and gaining application specifications alongside requirements from the customer.
- Ensuring that systems are designed with functionality and business requirements in mind.
- Support the development utilising SQL, Oracle, or other languages.
- Ensuring that testing on the system is completed.
- Identifying areas for training and making sure that all end users are able to access the system.
- Providing proactive live support to end users when it is required.
