Customer Service Administrator

- Job Type: Full Time (Monday to Friday)
- Duration: 6 month Fixed Term Contract
- Salary: £24-25,000 per annum
Day-to-day of the role:
- Respond to and resolve stakeholder issues promptly.
- Perform various administrative tasks to support team operations.
- Liaise with both internal and external staff to facilitate smooth service delivery.
- Manage and operate service desk ticketing software efficiently
.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of effective interaction via telephone, face-to-face, and email.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with various stakeholders.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and work effectively under tight deadlines.
