The Role:We’re searching for an experienced 3rd Line Support Engineer to join our dedicated team. In this versatile role, you’ll provide remote and onsite support to our diverse client base while taking the lead on a variety of projects. From on-premises to cloud migrations to general installations, your expertise will shape the future of our clients' IT environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality 3rd level support both remotely and on-site.
- Manage and execute on-prem to cloud migrations, ensuring smooth transitions for clients.
- Carry out IT installations and general projects to enhance client infrastructure.
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored IT solutions.
- Stay updated on the latest IT trends to ensure top-notch service delivery.
About You:To excel in this role, you’ll bring:
- A minimum of 6 years’ experience in IT support roles.
- At least 2 years of demonstrable 3rd line support experience.
- Solid experience with cloud environments, including Azure and Office 365. AWS, Google Cloud advatnageous but not essential.
- Experience with VMware, Hyper V advantageous, but not essential.
- A proactive approach and exceptional problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills to build strong relationships with clients.
- A flexible attitude and willingness to travel within the Hampshire area.
