You will support the Senior Risk Manager and the wider Risk function, working with colleagues across Risk, Compliance, Financial Crime, and Data Protection teams. You will have opportunities to learn about other areas of the business. This role is ideal for someone with significant experience in developing data architecture and Power BI within a Risk management context, looking to further develop and learn about risk management and oversight in a supportive and friendly environment.What you'll need to succeed

  • Strong data management and analytical skills, with particular emphasis on Excel and comprehensive expertise with Power BI.
  • Experience in the financial services industry and a sound understanding of risk management methodologies.
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and oral) and a proactive mindset to continue improving processes for the team and the wider business.
  • The ability to work independently in supporting the business with its risk management and reporting obligations.
