IT Service Transition Manager – Current or previous SC Clearance Required

We are looking for someone with exceptional ITIL experience to lead the final phase of a service transition, including service monitoring, catalogue and provisioning to ensure the final stages go as planned. 

Required Skills and Experience: 

  • Excellent ITIL with certification and a strong background in service transition. 
  • Lead and facilitate service transition workstreams, coordinating between application development teams and BAU/TLS support teams.
  • Develop and agree on transition acceptance criteria for services, govern delivery against them, and manage associated risks.
  • Oversee transition workstream teams through matrix management, ensuring effective resource coordination and action tracking.
  • Establish and maintain transition governance controls to identify and mitigate risks or shortfalls.
  • Act as the Service Management lead for new services
  • Work closely with project teams to provide operational teams with the necessary skills, tools, knowledge, and documentation.
