Are you a Designer with a background in Construction, Cladding or Faades looking for a rewarding new role with a leading principal contractor? Do you want to join a company that can offer you endless training opportunities and internal progression?
On offer is the opportunity to join a Market-leading company that specialise in Faade cladding redemption working with a diverse range of clients across the South, expanding quickly nationwide.
In this role, you will create detailed drawings from initial concepts through to implementation, conducting site visits to ensure accuracy and compliance with specifications. You'll collaborate with various departments and external partners, tackling technical challenges as they arise.
This role would suit someone with a CAD, Revit or similar Design background working with the Cladding/ Faades industry looking for a new role with a company who will support continuous development and progression.
The Role
- Creation and revision of technical drawings
- Site surveys and photographic documentation
- Collaboration with project teams and manufacturers
- Response to technical queries and problem-solving
- CAD/Revit
The Person
- Background as a Design Technician or in a similar role
- Engineering or Architecture degree or equivalent experience
- Basic level CSCS card
- Knowledge of facades, EWI, cladding, and rainscreen systems
