Are you a hands-on problem solver with a passion for manufacturing and continuous improvement? Were looking for a Manufacturing Engineering Technician to join our Operational Excellence team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in ensuring our industry-leading lasers are built and tested to the highest standards.

?? What Youll Be Doing:

  • Providing day-to-day support to production lines, tackling problems and finding root causes.
  • Optimising processes and equipment to improve efficiency and production yield.
  • Assisting engineers with new process implementation and product qualification.
  • Ensuring equipment is properly maintained, serviced, and calibrated.
  • Creating process documentation, including work instructions and workflows.

?? What Were Looking For:

?Essential:

  • Experience in manufacturing, service, or repair industries.
  • A practical, hands-on approach with an understanding of production processes.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and methodical thinking.
  • Competent IT skills.

?Nice to Have:

  • Experience in Lean Manufacturing.
  • Worked in cross-functional teams in a manufacturing environment.
  • Hands-on experience with machine and equipment repairs.

?? Qualifications:

Technical qualifications in engineering or science are ideal, but equivalent experience will be considered.
